What do you think of when you first wake up? For a long time, I needed at least 10 minutes of internal dialogue about why I should get up. Being in a constant state of tiredness was exhausting. These thoughts are what prompted me to reevaluate my morning routine, my thoughts, and my intentions for the day. It was time to flip the script and awaken with a sense of power and purpose.
